Hello,
My self Janvi Patel From India.
Now I am working on the Post of SEO Executive.
I am new in this forum and I feel glade to join this.

- The best way to loss the weight is to daily join the gym.
- Drink the much water. but dont drink water after the eating.
- Avoid the junk food

Just half hour of moderate exercise is enough for a day. It will keep you in shape. It could be anything like running, swimming or workout in gym. But change your schedule after two week.

Eating clean has been the difference in my life and also exercising. I've lost 44 pounds since i started eating clean. it's 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. if you follow the eat clean basics, you will be on the right track.
