Generally people do dieting for losing weight. Here some of the diet idea is given.
* Fat less milk
* Food without oil and ghee.
* Fresh vegetable juice and fruit juice.
* Milk shake.

fresh vegetables nd fruits especially seasonal tat has gud impact.
avoid junk food completely nd smoking also
salad is also gud option during diet.

In diet you can eat mostly apples, avocadoes, grape fruits, almonds, fresh vegetables, broccoli.
