Default What kind of diets that worked for you? - 07-07-2009, 12:11 AM

I don't like diets that only work temporary, so what kind of diets that worked for you?I want to learn how to lose weight by dieting alone, because exercising while eating junk food is useless. If I'm able to lose a good amount of weight by dieting, then I'll start to exercise.

I lost 50 lbs over a year. I ate 1 carb, 1 protein, and 1 fat for breakfast every day. For lunch and dinner I just added another carb. I also had 2 snacks every day, 2 hours after breakfast and 2 hours after lunch. and watching what I put in my mouth. Now and again I will eat at fast food places or treat myself to ice cream but it's not as much as I used to before.

I think I have tried all sorts of diets to lose weight, such as shakes and soup diet, and also to eat less than 600 calories per meal or dangerous jump, all of which were in despair. I finally had time to feed the information about the healthiness of my head, and professional, and soon realized that the effort was enough to make it a success.

Food is not their enemies, should not be taken into account as one. Your body needs food to eat, but your body wants to eat in a special way, ie schemes that work will start.

For me,Carbohydrates foods like beans, lentils, vegetables and whole grains the ones which loose my fat. They are also known as low carb foods. This is because they convert to glucose more slowly and this allows the body to process the glucose more efficiently.

There are regular diet is userful. ai that at morning take breakfast in noon lunch and at night dinner but in diet always use different types fruit juice & vegetables and add milk fish.
