It`s the most important thing that you discussed over here that brush your teeth at least twice in a day. It is good for your dental health. You can beware from many mouth diseases y using a good paste but you have to visit a good dentist so that he could recommend you paste according to your dental condition. Dr.Gurz is a famous and good dentist in Diamond Bar who is dealing for many years in this profession. If you want then I can also set an appointment for you.

Don’t avoid flossing and keep it continuous for each day. Actually many times we don’t floss as it hurts. But that indicates your gums are not healthy. For great dental health floss every day and if your gums are healthy, it won’t hurt. Regular flossing prevents teeth from plaque building.

Plaque built up on the teeth causes the decay, so, it is always good to Brush your teeth after meals. The combination of plaque and sugar is dangerous for dental health, as it creates an acid due to bacteria. Therefore proper brushing of teeth is necessary to avoid this built up.

Fluoride is very healthy for teeth. It protects teeth from having cavity and decay. Therefore, its use is good dental health.

Go for regular dental check up. For great dental health you have to visit your dentist regularly, as he or she advised to the next visit. Don’t miss the appointments of dentists. Dentists perform several tests and do further treatment as their diagnosis. The dentist uses the X-ray for checking invisible teeth cavities. So visiting your dentist regularly and taking his advice is very important.

Don’t eat much sugar added foods and acid added foods also. You can have them occasionally at meals but excess eat of sweet and acid foods are an invitation for cavity and Decay.
