Default Tips To Cure Light Sleeping - 01-31-2013, 06:33 AM

Hello Friends,

Insomnia is a common condition characterized by difficulty in going to sleep, or staying asleep. Some insomniacs are simply light sleepers, meaning they may wake up several times during the night. Other insomniacs cannot sleep at all. According to the National Sleep Foundation, this condition affects 30 to 40 percent of adult Americans in any given year. Here are steps for cure light sleeping.

1. Take a look at your daily routine and lifestyle. These may be affecting your ability to sleep. Consider if there's anything that's causing you stress. There may also be environmental factors affecting your sleep, such as noisy cars or bright lights. Try to eliminate any of these factors first, by dealing with the cause of stress, or wearing earplugs and a sleep mask at night.
2. Meditate and exercise. It might sound silly, but meditation and exercise will relax your mind and facilitate a better night's sleep. In particular, If stress is causing your insomnia, activities like meditation, light exercise and guided imagery will help.
3. Get hypnotized. Many insomniacs have tried this with great success. Under hypnosis, you might work out any personal issues that are robbing you of sleep. A hypnotist can also "program" you to sleep.
4. Try natural cures. Sipping a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in water can help. Some insomniacs take melatonin tablets, which are derived from natural plant extracts, to help them sleep. Others drink a cup of calming chamomile tea before bed.
5. See a doctor. If your insomnia persists, a doctor can prescribe medication to be taken when you can't sleep. There are several medications on the market that will help you sleep and aren't damaging to your health. Just remember to be careful with them, as sleeping pills can be addictive.

Very useful tips. It is obvious that when you take piles to sleep, it effects bad on your health and you may become heart patient because it disturbs your heart beat.
It is also true that lightning and noise of different things can effect a lot on your sleep and you may become a continuous patient of anxiety.
I liked all the tips that you shared over here and its good research in a very concise way.

Why go to the doctor ? If we know the various reasons for light sleeping so change our busy lifestyle and try to remain happy everytime and avoid bad habits such as smoking, taking so much liquor, taking tea before going to sleep. So avoid these bad habits to remain healthy and fit. Drink plenty of water in a whole day which keeps away from light sleeping, read good books or listen music before going to the bed. I found these things from my personal experience.

as usual if we are tired a lots, we sleep very well. If people have problem in sleeping, they can make them self tired by doing exercise, yoga and dancing, keep your self busy and avoid stress.

Do good exercise daily in morning and drink 8 glass of water full day. Start meditation and feel the difference.
