yes, I recently worked in a nursing home where live older people with simple life dementia, and others (a few adolescents among mid-life and older people) , but these people are with seriously psychic and mental disabilities (maybe it's too much said, but it is like a few among others are struggling to become independent individual) so there's the labyrinth, in fact I want to know how to behave correctly and intend to take care as a social worker?lol what a bunch of something, I wonder whether I could be well prepared to work with such people?=]

First of all, the most IMORTANT thing, is, to always remember, the FIRST thing, that is DEALT with, by the Hippocratic Oath, - that, is, to say:-"DO NO HARM"!The REST of it, - seek ASSISTANCE!Apologies, if this wasn't the sort of reply, that you were hoping for!

These people are seriously psychic? Ask them, they'll know.As for ethics, if you treat all with gentleness and respect, you can't go wrong. And watch your back in case any of them could be a bit ........... unpredictable
