Default Do cold and allergy medicine work for each other? - 06-26-2009, 03:09 AM

I have horrible horrible allergies and all I have is drowsy medicine for my allergies. But I do have non drowsy cold medicine which treats soar throat, nasal congestion, and headaches. Is it ok to use cold medicine for allergies? Will it work?

Basically, there is no work the cold and allergy to each other. The reason is that both symptoms are different from each other and therefore, there is require to get the different medicine to each disease.
