would like to hear people's opinions on the illness:I suffer with chronic fatigue syndrome after having the Epstein Barr virus it takes all my energy and plays havoc on my memoryHow would you describe the illness? Describing this illness is the fact Ihang a load of washing out on the line for example and then I can do no more for that day I may have slept 10 hours through the night wake up and an hour later felt as though I havent slept at all I am consistently in conflict with it to keep going through the dayDo you think it is a real affliction?Yes Iam constantly depressed everytime I think Iam getting better I go into a relapse of itand cant wait till night comes so I can go back to bed if you need more questions answered please feel free to E-mail meIf you have it.What is it like living with it?Living with it is not easy as I also have a newborn baby and the fact my body aches all the time the dizziness I cant do much for her so it effects mywhole life I cant do the things I enjoy mostDescribe a typical day.Wake up to feed the baby every 4-5 hours usually get out of bed at 10am as I sleep when the baby sleeps try to do housework like washing the clothes try to get motivated to take the baby in the pram for a walk for exercise also walk the dog last about 10 minutes try to remember bank account pin no.s end up looking up the four digits in my mobile go home and sit in a daze till time to feed the baby and cook dinner then pray for night so I can go to bed having the depression affect my hygiene as some nights I dont feel like getting up to have a shower and when I finally get there washing my hair is the worst after I wash my hair I feel like both arms are dead ------
