LOW FAT,LOW CHOLESTROL FOODS INCLUDE :
1) Fruits and vegetables
2) Whole grains, like cereal, rice and pasta
3) Lean meats and poultry without skin (no more than 6 total ounces per day)
4) Low-fat or skim milk dairy products
5) Lean fish and shellfish (but go easy on eating shrimp and lobster-their higher in cholesterol)
6) Beans and peas
7) Nuts and seeds in limited amounts
8) Unsaturated vegetable oils like canola, olive, safflower and sunflower oils in limited amounts
