Default What if the patient is unable to give consent for first aid? - 03-18-2013, 07:06 AM

Hi Everybody,

For first aid if the patient is unable to give consent, are you still covered by the good Samaritan act? Basically are you liable for further injuries or death if you help them?

Thank You
