What if the patient is unable to give consent for first aid? -

Hello Friends,
For first aid if the patient is unable to give consent, are you still covered by the good Samaritan act? Basically are you liable for further injuries or death if you help them? Thanks in advance Lucy James Clinical Trial Recruitment |
