Weight reduction is no picnic but keep in mind its not a DIET its a modify for life. There's no factor in doing all this for 2 several weeks and then going rear again to your old techniques, you'll put the weight rear again on and more! Also do not be determined by the machines, especially when you press weights you will end up getting muscles making you toned- muscles weighs more than fat.

There are so many ways to reduce the weight like green tea is the best to reduce the weight,drink more and more water per day,avoid smoking etc.these all are the ways to reduce the weight.

hello,
according to doctor/research specialist ,daily drink more than 12 times pure water and have drink green tea daily.it have also used weight loss.
