I was playing cricket with my friends. There was a plastic burning near the place and we played with the smell for 1 hour and 45 minutes. My nose was irritated. While playing, my hands touched all the places near that. Then I drank the water with the same hands without washing. Can I get any cancer problems because I stayed too long in the place and did not wash the hands before drinking water?

Good grief, no.
When I was very young I lived in an industrial area with factories manufacturing and burning all sorts of things that would be banned today.
And I have gran children now, so stop worrying.

Nambi I seriously doubt that you will get Cancer from just this one incident, but I will tell you this you are very wise to think like that. We all need to be aware of our environment we also need to drink plenty of filtered water and keep our hands clean at all times. Most of all we need to be careful of some of the foods we put in our body. Honey, I think you are going to be just fine, but do continue to be aware of the things that are in the earths atmosphere and our food that can cause damage to us later on in life, especially meat and sugar.

Cancer and any type of disease are never know how to fall in. But you can avoid more smoking so you can reducing to chancing more get lung cancer. Lung cancer occur main reason is smoking, quite smoking soon and live disease free and cancer free life.
