yes you can...in fact because of your young age your body isn't even fully developed yet, increasing your chances of long term health problems, including cancer.

Yeah, age doesn't buy you immunity to cancer.

You're may stunt healthy development of your lungs and certainly be damaging them.

You may get cancer, you may not but you're at risk just like everybody else, smoking will increase that risk.

Yeah. It doesn't matter how much or how long you've smoked. You can still get lung cancer.

Dear boy! You are not going to develop an illness from smoking overnight but take the following advice. Do not join the many thousands of people who started smoking when they were your age, and wished they had not done so, later on in life, having spent a fortune on cigarettes. Even if you stick to 7 per week, calculate how much you will spend over the next 10 years (assuming prices remain constant).

It?s rare for a person to be diagnosed with lung cancer before the age of 40. Most lung cancer patients are over 60.

For more straightforward info about lung cancer that has been specifically designed for young people visit this link: http://www.nowwhat.org.au/info/factsheets/lung-cancer

Hope you find this site useful.
