shadow on my lung.....have to have another x-ray
feel tired...coughing....breathless....sore chest....
maybe I'm thinking the worst but some thing not right !

A respiratory infection can cause that. And your symptoms indicate a respiratory infection.

It is far more likely that you have an infection. If the sore chest is from all the coughing, your symptoms fit an infection, especially if you're coughing up weird colored stuff (and even if you aren't).

Shadows on the lung can be many things. Like infections or inflammation.

Also, in the rare chance it is cancer, it could also be lymphoma which is highly curable. If you are under the age of 40, it would be highly unlikely to be lung cancer.
