Your chances of getting cancer remain about the same (~ 1 in 3 to 1 in 5), what CHANGES is that you greatly improve the probability that it will be lung, mouth or bladder cancer....of course if you are drinking enough alcohol to "slip up" and smoke anyway on a regular basis, your liver or pancreas (or throat) will probably develop cancer first anyway, so why worry about your lungs?
