i wouldn't say nanotechnology alone. one day science will be able to which will include biomedicine, nanotechnology, psychiatry etc.

Yes. I think that nanotechnology will someday cure all mental and brain disorders in men. Such is the theory of evolution and genetics that RNA supplements will make these metal disorders a vitamin problem.
