Default Feline bowel problems? - 05-30-2009, 10:35 AM

Although my cat will be going to the doctor, I was just wondering if anyone maybe had any answers as to why my cat has been having breathing and bowel problems. He is going to be 2 yrs old and He has started to poop with out even knowing it, normally it isn't much but he does it in his sleep while he is playing and just relaxing, he has also started to breathe strangely, it almost seems like asthma, oh, and he even vomits, of course that could just be a normal hairball thing, but that is honestly not what it seems like, Im wondering if maybe he has Inflammatory Bowel Disorder or something else. I am also concerned that it may be intestinal because he sometime gets grumpy if you touch his belly.. but he is picky so it may be fine.Any one have any ideas what could be wrong with him??ALSO, I got him fixed recently, and when I brought him home, something went wrong and the doctors'fixed'it and said it was fine, that it is rare, but happens, it looked like a piece of his insides came out through the incision, but they didn't explain it to me, it kind of seems like this all started after the surgery. Could that be the problem?? ------
