The Bowel problems cause lot of disturbance in the stomach. It may cause even headaches and a strained mind.Best way out could be:a) Give thumb pressure on each palm-in the middle, for 30 seconds in the mornings and evenings.b) Start your day with 2-3 glasses of warm water. Try to consume 12-14 glasses of water during the day. Ensure that the color of the urine is maintained colorless or light yellow.c) take 3-spoonfull of White Barley, boiled for 1-minute, in a cup of milk.
