blood disorders that causes clots? -

I have had two miscarragies and with my first pregnancy the placenta detached, so my doc took some blood test and told me that some of my levels were abnormal and that my blood clots... have anyone ever heard of this ? And does this mean i would be like a high risk of maybe having a clot go to my heart or something? Also I am 10 weeks and so far so good with baby.. but having to take folic acid, vit b6 and b12 and one baby asprin a day ------
