I have just yesterday made a test

It shows :

CRP:4.67 mg/L.............normal range: <6 mg/L
ASO:100 lu/ml..............normal range: <200 lu/ml

RBC:4.78 million/ul..............normal range:4.2-5.45 million/uL
Hemoglobin:13.6 g/dl..............normal range:12-16 g/dl
Hematocrit:40.4 %..............normal range:35-55 %
MCV 84.5 fl..............normal range:80-100 fl
MCH 28.5 pg..............normal range:26,0-34,0 pg
MCHC: 33.7 g/dl..............normal range:31,0-35 g/dl
Platelets: 228.000 /uL..............normal range:150,000-400,000 /uL
WBC: 9.770 /uL..............normal range:4.000-11.000 /uL
Neutrophiles: 85 %..............normal range:50.0-75.0 %
Lymphocytes: 9 %..............normal range:25,0-50.0 %
Monocytes: 5 %..............normal range:2,0-10.0 %
Eosinophiles: 1 %..............normal range:0.0-5.0 %
Basophiles: 0 %..............normal range:0.0-2.0 %
ESR:18 mm/h..............normal range:0-20 mm/h

So,I found that my neutrophiles are high and lymphocytes are low..can u please tell me the reasonand symptoms.Note that i am feeling unwell,fatigued, and vommiting;these symptoms occured only yesterday and today ,that means when i made the teset only not before this time.
