What kind of birth control is good, that you recommend? -

I want to go on birth control to help with my cramps, but i don't know what kind to go on.I want a kind where you only get your period like 4 times a month, but won't make your hair fall out, like i've heard about seasonique.Please tell me what your on and if you like it or not! ------
