Yes, anxiety can cause migraines and many other bodily conflicts. You sound like me, I have GAD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, which has caused migraines, costochondritis, neck and muscle pain and more. My doctor has tried antidepressants which also can act as antianxiety medicine, though we haven't found one that's right for me yet. I suggest talking to your doctor about your options of antidepressants(really antianxiety) and try massage to relieve some of the tension in your neck and back. Good luck!
