My mum is anemic and we're developing an iron-FULL diet so that she can get her red blood cell count back to normal. BUT! The problem is is that we don't want to give her food poisoning from eating too much iron. So, we think that the recommended daily intake must change if you're anemic, but we just don't know, so if you have the answer, PLEASE help!Thank youu so much. Oh, and my mum is 43 years old.
