yeah I know it seems really weird to be allergic to them, but I am. My food choices haven't been up to par, and I was wondering if you have any suggestions on ways to get full servings of each (particularly fruit, I find that vegetables are a bit easier to find). Oh and I can eat things like apple sauce and frozen fruits (so homemade smoothies are fine), but yeah, any ideas or recipes?
I just said that I can't eat FRESH fruits and vegetables. Like I said before, I can eat them cooked and frozen, just not fresh. So technically I'm not going through a lifetime without fruits and vegetables, just not fresh ones, and all I'm asking are recipes I could use to make getting each amount easier.
