Put a couple drops of oregano oil under your tongue or behind your ears, or both. Oregano oil is an anti-allergy, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory wonder oil.

If you eat locally grown honey it will help with allergies to pollen. It has to be locally grown though. The bees collect nectar and pollen from flowers and make honey from it. If it isn't local honey it won't help as much.
