A main concern is that with the retirement of the baby boomers, the number of people of a working, taxable age will shrink or become stagnant. This could result in gaps in the jobs market, with businesses and public services lacking the workforce required. With the elderly being the fastest growing age group in Britain, increasing pressure is being put on healthcare and social services. A report in 2005 said a key aim of government policy should be to encourage people to remain active, engage in regular exercise and refrain from behaviours that could have a detrimental effect on their health.

I think wrinkles and dots are the worst part of aging as these make you look even older than your age.

Eat only whole foods...grow & produce your own... SLEEP WELL...Keep active...rest as needed...Accept life as it happens, learn from it and teach when you can. Embrace what is to come and you wont have a problem

Hmmm - the problems of aging... Aging is just part of life. I embrace it. I am really tired of our society that tells us that we lose our value as we age - particularly women. I think that as a society we need to reclaim our right to age gracefully without having to freak out about wrinkles and a saggy body. Certainly there are more important things to worry about - like staying healthy!

Hello,

Aging can not be stopped and its symptoms will appear on your face with growing age. You can only maintain yourself with aging and can not stop. Just change your life style.

Aging and its physical expressions are caused by the following factors which impact on our body biochemistry.

Free Radicals
Glycation
Methylation
Inflammation
DNA degeneration

Therefore to slow down aging we need to address the above factors. How do we do it? The answer to that question is not earth-shaking. Just practise the basics: good nutrition, exercise, stress management and taking the correct kind of health supplements.
