Hello Friends.....

There are specific foods that have a roll in anti-aging and that you should regularly include in your diet.

1.Avocado:This fruit, which is usually eaten as a vegetable, is a good source of healthy monosaturated fat that may help to reduce level of a bad type of cholesterol in body. It is a good source of Vitamin E and can help to maintain healthy skin and prevent skin aging.

2.Berries: All black and blue berries help to protect the body against damage caused by free radicals and aging.

3.Cruciferous vegetables:The family of Cruciferous vegetables includes cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, turnip, radish and watercress. Cruciferous vegetables assist the body in its fight against toxins and cancer.

4.Garlic:Eating a clove of garlic a day (row or cooked) helps to protect the body against cancer and heart disease.

5.Ginger:This spicy root can boost the digestive and circulatory systems, which can be useful for older people. Ginger may also help to alleviate rheumatic aches and pains.

Eat fruits and vegetables that have substantial amount of Vitamin E, C and try have eight hours of sleep a day. Drink plenty of water and don't take too much stress, live tension free.

Protein food such as salmon, tuna and another sea food also need to prevent the aging. These food required to build and replace damage cells

I am agree with your points that fruits and vegetables are very good for anti aging. Many people are following juice cleanse program for anti aging because after the completion of the juice cleanse detox all the harmful toxins from the body removes and the skin looks pretty healthier and shiny.

I agree with your points for anti-aging food.
For seven day anti-aging diet meal plan you may take any
1. Breakfast of around 300 calories,
2. Lunch 400 calories,
3. Dinner 500 calories
You may also take take two snacks of 125 calories each day.

I guess most of elders who explain themselves as picky eaters can know hoe to eat food they dislikes to eat. If they could find out different ways to cook, and prepare those with different ingredients. As lot's of elders don't like to eat some of the things which could really be helpful at their age.

Hi,
Use dark green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, garlic, soybeans, nuts and seeds.
Eat fresh fruit per day.
Avoid foods that are smoked, pickled or salted .
This foods you will provide the strongest anti-aging effect.
