pretty much all anti-oxidant foods are good for the skin. Also water, lots of veggies and fruits.

As far as I know garlic, red wine, dark chocolate and berries are great for slowing down the aging processes in the cells.

Sure these anti aging food items are very useful and popular everywhere in the world. Consuming these in natural form is most effective and also helps in other body processes too.
