Im fair-skinned, and relatively pale. (15 years old)
i wear makeup everyday(any good brand suggestions to make my skin better?)
i dint have severe acne, just some here and there.
i want to get rid of them and get a nice healthy glow, so that i can stop wearing so much makeup.
anything i can do naturally without buying all of these over-marketed skin crams and washes that never work?

Lemon juice helps with acne, so does toothpaste. But my favorite thing is a mask that will get rid of your acne FAST!! All you need is About 3 tablespoons of baking SODA and 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide. Mix it together and keep it on your face for 5-10 Min's. Oh, water helps your skin too.

Go on the pill and get oral antibiotics from your physician (but remember not to use birth control pills as an actual BIRTH CONTROL method if you are also on oral antibiotics, the antibiotics lower the efficiency of the pill too much to be safe). Internal methods are your best bet; your acne is probably hormonal so controlling your hormone production and adding something that will fight infection should clear your skin up.

honey and turmeric helps. just mix enough honey to rub on your face and a pinch of turmeric. rub it all over your face and leave on for 15 minutes then rinse. it works like magic. also i love lo real true match SPF 19 foundation. it covers my acne and scars and slightly improves my natural skin tone. if you want help with discoloration use lemons rub them on the dark parts/scars of your face and rinse off after 2 hours. if you have a pimple you want to get rid of fast,just apply ice to it for 10 minutes. that helped me with the huge zit on my nose. i know you don't like washes but Burt's bees garden tomato complexion bar and toner really work well. trust me I've spent hundreds on stupid face washes and stopped as soon as i found this.it clears up all types of acne (whiteheads,blackheads and cysts) and smells amazing.

Firstly, ALWAYS wash your face at night to make sure you get all the makeup off. That is a big cause of acne.

I use naturally remedies all the time, these are a few that work well;

Steaming your face after you wash it. - Take a towel that's been warmed under hot water, Ring it out, then place it over your face. leaving room to breathe, it gets way steamy and hot.
That opens your pores and lets out any gross dirt and oils.
Then take an astringent and clean your face.

Lemon, Sugar and Honey facial scrub. - Mix the three together and rub on your face and then wash off with a warm towel/rag. This helps get out blackheads and acne, and keep them from coming back

Hi there,

First let me explain briefly that no tropicals will ever, EVER.. CURE acne. This is a fact backed by the Health & Pharmaceutical industry.
