Hello
Understanding the root cause of a problem is the best way to treat it. Bad acne starts just under the skin, in the hair follicle pores. There are many myths out there suggesting that acne is caused by eating chocolate, greasy food, and some that even suggest masturbation leads to acne. You can discount all these myths right now because there is no research to support these outrageous claims.
Bad acne starts with the excessive production of oil in our skins’ glands. Sebum is produced by sebaceous glands that lie just beneath the skin. Sebum is the oily substance that comes out when you squeeze a pimple to its breaking point. Men actually tend to overproduce sebum much more due to their levels of testosterone, and it’s why you see some men with acne all the way into their 40’s.

There is a pretty high rate of teenagers who are affected with acne. It is said that every 8 out of 10 teenagers have acne problems, but the intensity of the problem may differ from person to person. Have you tried out the home remedies for this there are plenty of the effective ones too, but you got to try which one will work the best for you. But, in case you have already tried most of this and still haven't seen any change, I would recommend you to consult a specialist as they would be the better people to shed some light on this issue.
