i drink a milk for my breakfast & i experiencing a little chest pain today........

Same hear i have Acid Reflux and it is HORRIBLE. Well i can't have just plain milk but i can have anything else with milk even cereal and I have Acid...... so i don't think you should have it well it's just my opinion. All people are different.
