Probiotic supplements! robotics are found in most yogurts, but can also be found in supplement forms.
try to figure out which foods trigger your acid reflux and stay away from those (common foods that should be avoided are coffee, pop/soda, fast food, sugar, and sugar substitutes)
a colon cleanse! (the Master Cleanse)... because acid reflux is due to the digestive system pushing everything up, because the colon isn't efficient enough!
alkalize your body! eat alkalizing foods (such as lemons. they are great for alkalizing!!)...go ogle for more info. avoid foods/drinks such as coffee, fast food, sugar, and sugar substitutes - as these are NOT alkalizing at all!)
the raw food diet. go ogle how this diet helps against acid reflux.
PS: most acid reflux sufferers don't have enough of vitamin B12 and vitamin D... you can get your vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels checked out by the doctor/nurse. they will take a blood test to determine if you lack either of them. you can always get a B12 injection every month if you want... they are harmless and even Justin Berber gets them done
