'trachea's' are what U breathe Thur;
an Esophagus is what Ur food goes down, from mouth to stomach.
and for vomiting or any other issue in such small dogs, Go To The Vet.
self-prescribing for a dog who's under 10 pounds can leave U preparing for a funeral; Chis are small, have tiny major organs, and NUTRITION , as in hi-quality food, not fast-food icky, is imperative.
all toy-dogs have a faster metabolism than bigger dogs, and no real safety-zone for inadequate nutrients coming in on a regular basis. they go down very fast! losing fluids is an even faster crisis; dehydration can be lethal in 48 hrs, so vomiting OR diarrhea are a big worry, and Both Together is an emergency!
