For the amount of training you are doing, it sounds like you have no problem gaining and maintaining muscle mass (which is what targetted excercise is for). For fat however is something different. A few critical things to live by would be:

1) Add more colour to your food. Vegetables or fruit with every meal.
2) Stay away from processed food
3) Increase daily physical activity. Incorporate jogging or some such activity into your daily lifestyle.
