here are my benefits list of eating fruits and vegetables:

3.Reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes
4.Lower your risk of some types of cancer
5.Boost your energy level.
6.Look and feel great.
7.Fruits and vegetables contain important vitamins, minerals and ‘plant chemicals’. They also contain fibre.
8.A diet high in fruit and vegetables can help protect against cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
9.Fruits and vegetables are low in fat, salt and sugar and provide a good source of dietary fibre.
10.Are filling but are low in calories. So, they are ideal to keep your weight in control.
