Avoid fad diets. If they actually do work, they won’t work for long. The only way to lose fat and make sure it stays gone is through sustainable exercising and a healthy diet. Simply accept the facts: when it comes to losing fat, there's no magic involved. You have to change the way you live and the way you eat. In other words, exercise your body and limit or control your intake of food.
